Shipping and returns
Shipment of your parcel

- Delivery times :
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the period and the quantity of orders to be processed. If an item is not available and requires a longer lead time, we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order. Reasonable delays in the dispatch of goods do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

- Delivery costs:
Your contribution to delivery costs is limited to a flat rate of €7.50. FREE delivery for all orders over €70. Valid for metropolitan France only.
For destinations other than metropolitan France, postage costs are calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the parcel!

- Transport :
Goods are transported by various transport companies depending on the nature of the items shipped and their destination. Dollhouse-minis.com cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by transport companies.
In the event of breakage during transport, the usual reservations should be made immediately with the carrier. Dollhouse-minis.com excludes any reimbursement for damage to goods during transport.

- Satisfied or refunded, conditions for returning goods:
Any return of goods must be approved in advance by our services.
Within 8 days of receiving the parcel at home or collecting it from our premises, La Dollhouse-minis.com will credit you with a voucher if an item does not meet your expectations.
Books, catalogues and special orders cannot be returned.
Blister-packed items must be returned in their original packaging, still sealed, and in all cases with a packing slip and bar code.
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, out of its original packaging or damaged by customers will not be accepted.
You may return your items by post, at your own expense, to the following address

Dollhouse-minis.com does not cover the cost of returning goods.
The price of the products will be reimbursed according to the customer's choice:
- refund by bank transfer to your IBAN
- by a voucher to be used on our website.
Vouchers can be reimbursed on request within one year of their issue.
Dollhouse-minis.com undertakes to make the refund within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the return.

In the event of improper returns, Dollhouse-minis.com reserves the right to refuse a further order.
Purchases made at trade fairs and special orders cannot be returned.
